This Privacy Policy explains how Elna Vedic Astrology ("Elna", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website or request a consultation. When you complete the consultation form, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, contact details, birth details (date, time and place of birth), the birth details of a partner if you request a compatibility reading, the areas you would like your consultation to address, and any documents you choose to upload, such as proof of payment.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to prepare for, deliver and follow up on your requested consultation, and to correspond with you about your booking. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your information is handled
When you submit the consultation form, your details are sent securely by email directly to Elna. The website itself does not store your submission in a database; it is not retained on the web server after your message has been sent. Uploaded files (such as proof of payment) are transmitted as part of that same email and are not stored elsewhere on the website.
Retention and deletion
Consultation records, including birth details and correspondence, are kept by Elna only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide your consultation and any reasonable follow-up, and in line with any applicable legal or accounting requirements. You may request that your information be deleted at any time by emailing elnamck@gmail.com, and this request will be honoured except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
